If you require assistance with HPE Sustainability Insight Center API, you can contact HPE GreenLake support.

1. Open the HPE GreenLake Platform Support form .
2. Enter your first name, last name, the company name, and select your preferred contact method.
3. In Support Issue Details , select Dashboard(s) and Monitoring from the What do you need help with? drop-down.
4. Select Sustainability Dashboard .
5. Enter additional details on your issue. Providing further detail helps HPE GreenLake support investigate and resolve your issue efficiently.
6. (Optional) Upload a document or file that gives extra context to your issue.
7. Click Submit . A ticket is raised with HPE GreenLake support.
